Playgroup Pals (Parent Participation Program)
Ages 1 to 2 years. Join our circle of friends where music, stories, crafts, and language development come alive!
Moms Morning Out
Ages 2 to 4 years. Enjoy some time off while your little one gets moving with Ms. Kathy. Peer interaction includes creative play, Circle Time, “Theme of the Month” activities, indoor gym and playground time.
Respite Care (Parents Night Out)
Ages 1 to 15 years. Discover dinner without children again. Respite Care for special needs children, siblings and friends. They will enjoy crafts, outside time, physical fitness and more. Staff includes qualified instructors, volunteers, and nurse on site.

Momz and Kids Support Group (MAK)
Newborns to preschool. A support group for new and expectant moms to network on such issues as breastfeeding, nutrition, teething, value of play, and importance of reading to your child. (No Cost)
Parrish Pediatric Rehabilitation
Ages Infant to 16 years. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Individual and group sessions are available. Call 321-264-9331.
Health & Wellness for Children
-CATCH Early Childhood (CEC)
This program is designed to nurture a love of physical activity, provide an introduction to classroom-based gardening and nutrition, and encourage healthy eating in children ages 3-5. Modeled after the nationally recognized CATCH Program, CEC provides an environment where physical activity, healthy education, gardening and healthy eating behaviors are valued and taught. This is a countywide effort that will involve 2500 preschool children. Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation funds it. -Wellness & Mindful Living for Preschoolers
This is a wonderful program that utilizes professionals in the community to teach the children about nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, yoga, self-soothing activities and overall wellness. This program run bi-weekly and runs for the full calendar year. Both the 3-year-old class and the 4-5 year old class participate in this program.
